Born 200 years ago in Maryland, Harriet Tubman was a conductor of the Underground Railroad, a Civil War scout, nurse and spy, and one of the greatest freedom fighters in our nation’s history.

Maryland United for Peace and Justice MUPJ presents Guest Speaker John Graham to give a talk about his organization and work with local heroes. The presentation is entitled the Giraffe Heroes Project,’ Stick your neck out for the common good’, and it will take place via Zoom on April 27th 2021 at 2pm.
