We are excited to announce that registration is open for the first HOPE Single Payer Action Camp. It will take place April 7 to 10 in Washington, DC. We’ll
have two days of workshops and training followed by two days of creative actions to put our new skills to work. Then you can take the new skills back home and continue building the
movement to win National Improved Medicare for All. There will be something for everyone to do.

In the News
You probably heard that
Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffett and Jamie Dimon are teaming up
to solve the healthcare crisis, at least for their employees. Of course, we already have the solution: NIMA. The problem is the influence of the medical-industrial complex over
Congress. Josh Finkelstein
names the names of Congress members who are
on the take.
Thousands marched in the UK
this weekend to save their National Health System. Rita Valenti
writes abouthealth care in terms of its Southern history
and how the fight for NIMA is part of our struggle for broader transformational changes. And, in recognition of the need for broader change, Health Over Profit for Everyone
endorsed the Disability Integration Actthis past
week. Your organization can too.
> Upcoming Events >
Florida Health Care Summit - February 16 and 17, 2018. If you live in
Florida, you may want to attend this summit where speakers will address a range of policy proposals from partial solutions like a public option to state efforts for greater
health coverage to NIMA. Dr. Margaret Flowers will lead a number of workshops.
If you have a healthcare event coming up, send a notice to [email protected] and we’ll add it to the action map!
