In his new book, War Against all Puerto Ricans: Revolution and Terror in America’s Colony, 2016 Nation Books, Nelson A. Denis tells the powerful, untold story of the “forgotten” 1950 of the revolution in Puerto Rico and the long history of US intervention on the island. Denis was the editorial Director of El Diatio, the largest Spanish-language News paper in NYC and won the best editorial writing awards from the National Association of Hispanic Journalist. A graduate of Harvard University and Yale Law School, Denis served as a New York State Assemblyman (1997-2001), and has written for a number of prominent news outlets. Denis also wrote and directed Award winning Screenplays and the feature film ‘Vote for Me’,
